The Hudson Family

I say this all the time, but this may be one of my new favorite sessions! The lighting, the people, the location, everything was on point this day!

Heath and Joyelle are celebrating 25 years married in December, and they wanted to celebrate by having family pictures made (always a good choice). Before the session I told Joyelle that she should bring a wedding photo with them. She delivered and brought the whole album! As we were flipping through to find a picture to use, I asked if there was one she loved most. We got to the very last photo and she said, "Well, I love this one because it has a story." I said perfect that's the one we'll use!

That's one of my favorite parts of photography - capturing memories that are special for families, learning more about them, and getting a glimpse of their lives. Friends, do the family photos! Make the memories, enjoy the laughs, and love your people well.
