Jeremy + Kady

Meet some of our best friends, Jeremy and Kady!

In 2019 my husband, Josh, started coaching a youth basketball team at our church and was in need of an assistant coach. Cue Jeremy. Before you knew it, the four of us started hanging out all the time and established what we called "Tuesday Night Activity Night". This was an evening we'd hang out, eat dinner, and watch trashy television on a Tuesday night after work. It made it easier that we were literally neighbors (that's another story). One TNAN we invited Jeremy and Kady over for tacos and in walks Kady wearing a shirt that says, "Eating Tacos for Two". My jaw dropped. It took Josh a second to realize what was going on, but then for the rest of the evening all we could do was wonder who this little person would be.

Millie June. That's who this little person would be. Sweet Millie was born a month after we took these maternity photos, and she is every bit as sweet as her mama and funny like her dad. Sadly, Jeremy and Kady moved back to Chattanooga right before Millie was born, but we visit often...just not on Tuesday nights anymore.

We love this family dearly, and we are so thankful for that random basketball team that brought us all together.
